2023 Intentus Napa Valley Rose, 6 x 750ml

Our 2023 Intentus Napa Valley Rose is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Grenache and Syrah grapes. This rose has a little bit more attitude than the typical rose wines you may see out on the market.
 
Left on the grape skins for 12 hours for a deeper, darker and more attractive color with significantly more structure. Drained off into French oak barrels where it went through primary fermentation to dryness. Aged an additional 7 months in oak barrels on its fine lees for added richness and incredible mouthfeel. No Malo-Lactic fermentation helps keep this bone-dry beauty bright, crisp and delicious. 
 
This gorgeous rose wine grasps your attention with its incredible fuchsia color in the glass and then leads on with its delicate floral and rose petal aromatics. Once it touches your lips you dive in with a splash of tart cherry, fresh-picked wild strawberries and bright ripe raspberries. Bone-dry and an elevated acidity for a crisp, mouthwatering experience that will leave your tastebuds begging for more.
 
Pairs great with hearty summer salads, charcuterie plates and perfect for sushi night or fresh salmon on the grill! Seafood has met its soulmate.
